Construction work at the Front of Plant (FoP) site approaches completion. SVCW’s contractor partner, Shea Parsons Joint Venture (SPJV), are set to conclude paving across the site as part of site restoration. Installation of a 2-inch asphalt concrete (AC) top coat is currently underway over the entire FoP lot, which will serve as the final pavement layer. This will be followed by striping, which involves application of a paint layer intended to give order to the site for efficient traffic flow, designate parking, and provide safe access.
