Environmental Impact Report

SVCW has completed the EIR for the Wastewater Conveyance System and Treatment Plant Reliability Improvement Project. The EIR was certified and approved at SVCW’s Commission Meeting on April 13, 2017. The complete Integrated Final EIR is available for download below.
