Construction work at the Front of Plant (FoP) site approaches completion. SVCW’s contractor partner, Shea Parsons Joint Venture (SPJV), continue striping and paving operations in the FoP yard area continue to progress as part of site restoration. SPJV is currently installing asphalt concrete (AC) paving along the FoP South Road, which will be following by overlaying AC on the North Seybert Lot.
