Construction work at the Front of Plant (FoP) site approaches completion. SVCW’s contractor partner, Shea Parsons Joint Venture (SPJV), continue striping and paving operations across the FoP site as part of site restoration. Installation of asphalt concrete (AC) paving along the FoP South Road has been completed. Current operations include installation of a 2-inch AC top coat over the entire FoP site, which will serve as the final pavement layer.
